Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sasha The Artist Studio, we strive to provide high-quality artwork, products, and creative services. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, or order adjustments may be made.

Services

​

Services provided by Sasha The Artist Studio may include live drawing, live painting, or collaborative painting experiences offered at events.

​

Deposits

​

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure services provided by Sasha The Artist Studio. This deposit confirms the booking and reserves the scheduled date.

​

Cancellations

If a service is cancelled eight (8) days or more prior to the scheduled event, any payments made beyond the initial deposit may be refunded.

​

Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund. However, the event may be rescheduled for a later date, subject to availability.

If Sasha The Artist Studio must cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Products

​

Products sold through the website may include original artwork, prints, merchandise, or other creative goods produced by or in collaboration with Sasha The Artist Studio. Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on digital screens due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and printing variations.

Order Cancellations

​

Orders for merchandise inspired by the studio’s artwork cannot be cancelled once production or customization has begun.

​

Orders cancelled prior to customization or production may be eligible for a full refund.

​

Original Artwork

​

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales of original paintings are final unless the item arrives damaged. Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on digital screens due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Inventory Issues

​

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues or other unforeseen circumstances, Sasha The Artist Studio will issue a full refund.

Damaged Items

​

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Sasha The Artist Studio as soon as possible with photographs of the damaged item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
