Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise stated.

Certain products may require additional processing time depending on production schedules or availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Shipping methods may vary depending on the type of product ordered and the destination.

Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped directly by Sasha The Artist Studio using reliable shipping carriers.

Some products, including prints and merchandise, may be produced and shipped through trusted third-party fulfillment partners. These products may ship separately from original artwork and may have different production and delivery timelines.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers locally and internationally. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

International shipments may take longer due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

Customs and Import Duties

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. Sasha The Artist Studio is not responsible for lost packages once they have been marked as delivered.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If incorrect shipping information is provided and an order cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
