Terms and Conditions | Sasha The Artist

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sasha The Artist Studio as a venue space. By accessing or venue rental services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the venue for the allotted time requested. The remaining balance is to be paid on or before the scheduled rental. Payment for any overtime use of the venue will be added to the final invoice.

Failure to make payment 3 days prior to scheduled time may result in the cancellation of the venue rental.

Cancellation and Refunds

50% deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations for venue rental made 3 days or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a refund on the balance paid.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental will not be eligible for a refund. However, venue rental can be rescheduled for a later date.

Sasha The Artist Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the venue rental due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Cleanliness and Damages

The client is responsible for leaving the venue in a clean and orderly condition after the venue rental.

Any damages caused to the Sasha The Artist Studio or its property will be the responsibility of the client, and additional charges may apply.

Amendments and Modifications

Any changes or modifications to Sasha The Artist Studio must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
