These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and products at Sasha The Artist Studio. By accessing or using our services and products, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions

Intellectual Property

All concept designs and paintings created by Sasha The Artist Studio are the intellectual property of Sasha The Artist Studio. These designs and paintings are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use our concept designs and paintings for commercial purposes without obtaining written permission from Sasha The Artist Studio.

Social Media Release

By utilising our services and products, you grant Sasha The Artist Studio the right to photograph and record videos, without payment of any fee or charge, for the purpose of promoting Sasha The Artist Studio in print media, on our website, and across our social media platforms. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform our staff before the event.

Payment Policy - Services

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure our services 7-14 days prior to the scheduled event. The remaining balance is expected to be paid before the day of the service. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, a late payment fee of EC $270 per month will be applied to the outstanding balance.

In the event of non-payment, Sasha The Artist Studio reserves the right to take legal action to recover the amount owed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy - Services

All 50% deposits are completely non-refundable.

Cancellations for our services made 8 days or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made for our services less than 7 days before the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund. However, events can be rescheduled for a later date.

In the event that Sasha The Artist Studio cancels one of our services, a full refund will be issued.

Payment Policy - Products

Full payment is encouraged to book any of our products at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy - Products

Cancellations made for our products after product customization, will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made for our products before product customization, will be eligible for a full refund.

In the event that Sasha The Artist Studio cancels a product order due to low inventory or otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

Disclaimer

The materials and products provided by Sasha The Artist Studio are intended for recreational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific artistic outcomes or skill development.

Sasha The Artist Studio shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during our events or when using our products.

Governing Law

Sasha The Artist Studio reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms and Conditions on our website / booking pages.

By using our services and products after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
